Signing Up for Ordinatus

Create your Ordinatus account and organization in a few minutes — no credit card required.

Before You Begin

  • Signing up creates a new organization that you will administer. You are the Organizational Admin for that organization.
  • Trainers and other staff are added by invitation after setup — they do not create their own accounts through this page.
  • Customers who book sessions do not have Ordinatus accounts in the current version. They interact through a separate booking link you share with them.

Steps

Step 1: Open the sign-up page

Go to the Ordinatus sign-up page. You will see a two-panel screen with marketing information on the left and a registration form on the right.

Step 2: Fill in your details

Complete the Your details section:

  1. Enter your First name and Last name.
  2. Enter your Email address. This becomes your login and the default support email for your organization.
  3. Choose a Password and confirm it in the Confirm password field. Use a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters to meet the strength requirement.

Step 3: Set up your organization

Complete the Your organization section:

  1. Enter your Organization name — the display name shown throughout the app (for example, "Acme Fitness" or "Sunrise Tutoring").
  2. Review the Address slug field. Ordinatus pre-fills it from your organization name by converting it to lowercase and replacing spaces with hyphens. You can edit it if needed.

What is the address slug? The slug is a short, unique identifier used in your organization's internal web address. It must be 3–63 characters, contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens, and cannot start or end with a hyphen. Common words like admin, help, and billing are reserved and cannot be used. Once your account is created the slug cannot be changed through the UI — choose carefully.

Step 4: Answer the optional questions (if you like)

The Tell us about you section is entirely optional. If you share it, the fields help the Ordinatus team understand how you plan to use the product:

  • Business type — the kind of organization you run.
  • Team size — an estimate of how many trainers or staff you have.
  • How did you hear about us? — where you found Ordinatus.
  • Phone — a contact number if you want the team to reach out.

None of these fields are required and none of them affect how your account is set up.

Step 5: Accept the terms

Check the I agree checkbox to confirm you have read and accept the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Data Processing Agreement. The links open in a new tab so you can read them before agreeing. The checkbox is required — you cannot create an account without accepting.

Step 6: Submit the form

Click Create account. Ordinatus creates your account and organization immediately, then sends a verification email to the address you provided.

Step 7: Verify your email

Open the verification email from Ordinatus and click the link inside it. This confirms your address and starts your free trial.

Check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes. The sender will appear as Ordinatus.

After you click the link you will be taken to a confirmation page. Click Confirm to complete verification.

Step 8: Sign in and start setting up

Once your email is confirmed, go to the sign-in page and log in with your email and password. You will land on your organization's admin dashboard, where you can begin configuring your team, forms, and integrations.

Tips

  • Your free trial starts the moment you verify your email — not when you submit the sign-up form.
  • The trial has session and trainer limits. You can explore the full feature set within those limits without entering payment details.
  • You can change your name and email later under Account → Profile. Your password can be changed under Account → Password.

Troubleshooting

I did not receive a verification email. Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there after five minutes, return to the sign-in page and click the link to resend the verification email. Make sure you entered your email address correctly during sign-up.

My email address is already registered. For security reasons Ordinatus always shows the same "check your email" page whether or not the address is in the system. If you already have an account, try signing in directly or use the Forgot your password? link on the sign-in page to regain access.

The address slug I want is taken or reserved. Choose a different slug. Common words (admin, help, api, billing, and others) are permanently reserved. If your preferred name is taken by another organization, try adding your city, a short descriptor, or a number — for example, sunrisetutoring-austin.

The form showed an error after I clicked Create account. Read the error message at the top of the form — it will name the field that needs attention. Common issues: password too short or too common, slug already in use, or the terms checkbox was not checked.

I signed up but I cannot log in. You must verify your email before you can sign in. Check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email and click the link before trying to log in.
